Summary
The Vathir Dominion: First Pit is a single-player dark fantasy
mobile RPG. The game stores gameplay progress on your device
and may send anonymous gameplay analytics from supported
Android builds. The game does not require account creation and
does not show in-app ads.
What we store on your device
The game stores save and progression data locally on your
device. This includes inventory ownership, gold, player
progression, narrative progress, and the last safe point needed
to continue play.
This local save data is used to make the game function. It is
not a cloud account system and is not used to identify you as a
person.
Anonymous analytics
Supported Android builds may send anonymous gameplay analytics
through GameAnalytics. These events are used to understand how
the game performs and how players move through the game’s core
loop.
The analytics design is intentionally limited. It uses coarse
event data such as scene entry, encounter start and end, town
actions, progression milestones, and app version or platform
context.
What we do not collect
The current analytics and app design do not intentionally
collect player names, email addresses, precise location,
contacts, photos, microphone input, raw save files, or freeform
personal profile data.
The app does not require you to create an account to play.
Ads and purchases
The game does not contain in-app ads.
If you obtain the game through Google Play, Google may process
installation, updates, testing-track enrollment, and any
store-side actions under Google’s own policies.
Network use
Supported Android builds may enable network access so the app
can communicate with platform and analytics services. If
analytics is unavailable or disabled, gameplay should still
continue locally.
Third-party services
The current Android distribution may rely on:
- Google Play for app distribution, updates, and testing tracks
- GameAnalytics for anonymous gameplay analytics in supported builds
These services operate under their own terms and privacy
practices.
Children
The project is not directed at children. The current product
direction and public materials target teen and adult tactical
RPG players.
Changes
This policy should be updated when the shipped Android package
changes its data practices, such as adding ads, new SDKs,
account systems, cloud save, or new billing flows.
